Housing Information

Hotel accommodations have been secured at a discounted rate for OMEP-USA attendees at the Marriott Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center, the same location as the conference. You must register in order to book housing and receive the OMEP-USA hotel discount. Reservations must be made by January 30, 2017.

Single/Double Rate: $164.00 per night

Hotel accommodations include:

– Complimentary WiFi (guest rooms, meeting rooms, public space)

– Complimentary self-parking

Hotel Policies

A credit card is required to process your reservation and may be charged one night’s stay in advance of your arrival. Your credit card will be charged if you fail to check-in on your expected arrival date. OMEP- USA is not responsible for no-shows or early departure fees charged by the hotel or resold rooms due to non-arrival. Your specific room is being held in the inventory of rooms the hotel blocked for this meeting. OMEP- USA takes no responsibility should a room type not be available at check-in.

Deadline to secure hotel accommodations is January 30, 2017.

Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation Policy: Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted to info.atlanta2017@omep-usa.org. Cancellations postmarked/received on or before October 31, 2016 are entitled to a full refund minus a $75 processing fee, per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after November 1, 2016.

Substitution Policy: Substitution of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee’s name and contact information to the OMEP in writing via e-mail info.atlanta2017@omep-usa.org.

Payment: You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Conference Expenses

All expenses including registration fees, airline tickets, ground transportation, hotel reservations, some meals and general expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. No scholarships are available at this time.
